My services are tailored to your needs. They include luxury at-home catering, fine dining, gourmet catering, and even cooking classes with friends or colleagues and food styling. As a private chef in Auckland, my goal has been to focus on growing my local network and discover more and more amazing local produce and Kiwi producers. For 2 years now, I have been building a knowledge base of healthy, local and sustainable food made in New Zealand. Until now, I have showcased this on a few occasions so far, during restaurant pop ups (Scarecrow, Garnet Station) and I also organised culinary events and demonstrations at The Northern Club.
My difference is my heritage, and also the fact that I love to work with fusion. Trained in the Paul Augier culinary school in Nice, in France, my apprenticeship in 5 stars and Michelin restaurants has fashioned my taste for delicious food, crafted with ancient and modern techniques, to deliver excellence. My other passion is travel, which I've done extensively for 25 years. I lived in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Lisbon and these places have created the food lover I am still today.
As a result, I dedicate a lot of time to my cooking but also to get to know my clients. After they contact me and we arrange a quick meeting at their home, we discuss their taste preferences, the number of courses and ingredients involved, the pairing with the wines and every other detail. Everything I do aims at providing my hosts with the best food and the best service possible.
